Workshops for Makers
I currently offer a range of workshops, for makers who wish to develop a profitable and sustainable product-based business. I am currently offering these session online via Zoom, and regularly release new dates.
There's lots more information including FAQs on my Eventbrite - where you can also see any available dates. All businesses are different, and all products are different, so please do get in touch if you are unsure which session is most relevant for you.
NB: Please don't book onto more than one of the Etsy sessions, as there is a degree of overlap, and you really need time to implement changes and see how they work for you before you do the next session!
- An Introduction to Selling Handmade Products Online (1 x 1 hour session) - an overview for makers who want to explore their online selling options.
- Pricing Your Handmade Products (1 x 1 hour session) - a run-through of all the things you need to consider when pricing your handmade products.
- Etsy for Beginners (1 x 3.5 hour session) - if you have just set up your Etsy shop as a hobby or side hustle, have only a basic knowledge of Etsy, and/or have had up to 25 sales then the Beginners session is probably for you.
- Intermediate Etsy (1 x 3 hour session) - if you have been on Etsy for over six months, you have a reasonable working knowledge of Etsy, you have had up to around 250 sales and/or you are getting a regular income from your Etsy shop then the Intermediate session is likely to be the one for you.
- Etsy Masterclass (1 x 2.5 hour session) - if you've been on there for a few years, had over 250 sales, you are working on your creative business full-time and/or feel that you have a good knowledge of the site then the Masterclass could be suitable for you.

Bespoke workshops and training for organisations
I work with universities, colleges and community groups to deliver tailored training packages for their students and members. I'm passionate about engaging with people and showing how they can build their own career as a self-employed / freelance creative. My approach is informal, friendly and encouraging; and I like to add examples from my own career and business to bring ideas to life. Delegates will leave feeling enthused and empowered, and keen to get started on setting up their online shop.
I can offer a traditional group presentation, a series or workshops, or a more targeted one-to-one mentor service over a number of weeks or months. This can be either in-person, online, or a combination of both. We can work to meet the needs of your attendees and your budget.
If you're interested in chatting to me about how I can help your group or organisation then book a free, no obligation online chat now.

"Becka is a fantastic host and made us all feel welcome, she was very patient in answering questions and is extremely knowledgeable about anything Etsy. If you’re willing to put in the hard work… the information gained from one of Becka’s workshops is worth it’s weight in gold! If you’re thinking about going on one of her courses… do it, you won’t regret it!"
